fnatic [2:0] TyLoo.raw; Na`Vi third

The ESL is kicking off their fifth Intel Extreme Masters season with a Global Challenge in Shanghai, China. The event is set to take place from Thursday July 29th until Sunday August 1st (Editor's note: For us Americans it begins Wednesday night). Three European teams take on the best that Asia has to offer as Natus Vincere, fnatic and mousesports are all making the trip. Wemade FOX will be the sole representative from South Korea while Chinese squads TyLoo, TyLoo.raw, wNv and 9eZ will have home-field advantage.

The event will start off with a group stage where the top two from each group advance. The teams will then play out in a best-of-three playoff until a winner is determined. The first place finisher will not only receive $14,000 for their efforts, but will also gain a direct invite to the Season 5 Global Finals in 2011.
